Client Reporting Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Reporting Senior Specialist to join our team at Janus Henderson. As a key member of our Client Reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and evolving reporting for Institutional and Retail Clients, Consultants, and Research Houses.
Key Responsibilities- Validate and manage the timeliness and accuracy of data delivery across internal reporting platforms.
- Generate, compile, and oversee the production of investment reporting for both institutional and retail clients using in-house and external systems.
- Work closely with global IT, Operational Change groups, and the Client Relationship Team to enhance reporting systems and address client inquiries effectively.
- Evaluate client reporting requirements and solicit business partner insights to improve the client reporting experience.
- Identify efficiencies and convert recurring manual reporting tasks to automated processes.
- Assist with departmental projects, system improvements, and regulatory reporting.
- Engage in global initiatives, interacting with teams across different time zones, outside of core business hours.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client reporting or a similar role within financial services.
- Strong technical skills, including VBA, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Detailed understanding of financial instruments and the major investment markets, with a focus on both the Australian and global financial services marketplace.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Highly articulate with a strong ability to build relationships across investment and distribution teams.
- Strong desire to 'roll sleeves up' and work as part of a small team for the 'greater good' of the company; showing flexibility and a shared desire to achieve results.
- A motivated self-starter with an eye towards efficiency, automation, and client experience excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, client experience, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects.
