Position Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager focusing on the health segment within our Business Banking division.

Key Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
  • Drive new client acquisitions within the health sector, crafting tailored solutions for a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprises and emerging corporate clients.
  • Utilize your expertise in understanding complex business structures and analyzing financial data to make informed decisions.
  • Engage in intricate cash flow transactions, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset while delivering exceptional solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager or hybrid Relationship Manager within Business Banking, with a focus on the health segment.
  • A background in commercial and cash flow lending, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Strong planning and innovative thinking abilities, thriving in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of positively influencing teams with energy and professionalism.
