Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking qualified support workers to provide one-on-one assistance to our clients within their homes or in the community.

  • Household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Skill development including shopping, cooking, and public transportation
  • Transportation to appointments and/or shopping
  • Social and community participation by engaging in community activities, meeting people
  • Respite care supporting the client while the primary caregiver takes a break

We are looking for individuals who share our core values of enthusiasm, teamwork, solutions focus, and excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

  • A genuine willingness and ability to show compassion towards our clients
  • Minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Ageing Support
  • Minimum of 6 months paid experience in supporting people with disabilities
  • A current driver's license and fully insured vehicle (for work purposes)
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR or willing to obtain one; we will support you
  • Be available at least 2 days a week (excluding weekends)
  • Two relevant professional references
