We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our delivery team and drive enterprise-level transformation initiatives.

As the champion of Agile principles, you will facilitate continuous delivery, empower teams to perform at their best, and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments to enable smooth delivery.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile best practices and frameworks.
  • Monitor sprint progress, manage risks, and align with delivery timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum principles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities in complex, fast-paced delivery environments.
Preferred Experience:
  • 10+ years working in Agile delivery roles.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
