Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Excellence Specialist to drive delivery excellence and client leadership across a diverse portfolio of key accounts and projects.

This role is equal parts relationship builder and delivery expert - ensuring that every initiative is executed with precision, creativity, and measurable impact.

You will be the central point of accountability for both client satisfaction and project delivery, working across the full digital ecosystem - including web, social, CRM, creative, commerce, and marketing automation.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in a digital, creative, or integrated agency environment and a proven track record managing complex digital projects and integrated campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities autonomously.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to simplify complexity and build trust.
  • Digital Tools: Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Asana).
  • CMS and Marketing Automation: Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Contentful) and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Adobe Campaign).
  • Commercial Acumen: Understands how delivery decisions impact profitability and client satisfaction.
