Job Overview

A Senior Project Engineer is required to lead the delivery of a long-term project in Melbourne. The role involves overseeing construction planning, productivity, sustainability, EHS compliance, quality assurance, and financial management.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience, with a proven track record on large-scale building projects (ideally >$100m). They will also possess strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams and managing subcontractors effectively, while also fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will drive collaboration across disciplines and champion innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
