Delivery Excellence Specialist

We are searching for a forward-thinking leader to champion the delivery of our technology and product teams. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate an environment where great delivery naturally happens.

  • Cultivate a culture that fosters long-term sustainable success in software delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the end-to-end delivery process between Technology and Product teams
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Team Leads to ensure delivery projects meet standards
  • Provide strategic guidance to Team Leads on upcoming projects
  • Drive excellence in requirements fidelity and maintain accurate JIRA delivery reporting
  • Communicate project progress to the broader business audience through effective storytelling
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software project delivery or adjacent areas such as Product Ownership, QA, Digital Production
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery frameworks and product discovery
  • Proven ability to deliver complex software projects in fast-paced environments
  • High emotional intelligence with strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
