
Digital Learning Specialist

This role involves leading the development, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives to meet the needs of employees in the rollout of the Single Digital Patient Record across our facility.
You will work collaboratively with the project team and key stakeholders to develop and deliver end-user training and educational activities for staff for the SDPR implementation and business-as-usual stages.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an approach to enable effective and flexible delivery of training to end-users with differing levels of digital literacy.
- Ensure eLearning modules, video and other online mediums are in alignment with policies and guidelines, and manage the training delivery schedule and logistics.
- Monitor, evaluate and review training programs, learning materials and competency assessments to ensure compliance with business requirements, best practice training and adult learning principles, and industry standards, incorporating participant and project feedback.
- Support staff through classroom training sessions, on-the-job training and/or coaching and mentoring.
- Extensive experience in adult learning and practical experience in technical training.
- Qualifications in a relevant certification or equivalent.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience in high-volume, demanding environments and the ability to prioritise and multi-task to achieve business goals.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills with experience engaging and consulting with stakeholders to gain support for optimal outcomes.
- High-level computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
