About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our luxury hotel's culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation across all outlets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large kitchen teams across multiple outlets
  • Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to develop menus and elevate guests' dining experience
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant culinary trade qualifications and completion of a food safety training course
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a large luxury hotel
  • Extensive experience in banqueting and conference environments
  • Strong understanding of food cost control, seasonal ingredients, and food safety requirements
