Procurement Administrator for Agricultural Products

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to join our team at Lindsay Australia Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality-driven procurement administration for the Lindsay Rural purchasing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review and audit customer and supplier claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Enter and check a high volume of agency sales and reconciliations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Validate customer pricing and terms, ensuring accurate payments and effective cash flow management.
- Maintain and update Microsoft Dynamics supplier details, raising purchase orders as required.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Submit purchase orders onto Supplier Online Portals accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor freight accounts and ensure effective delivery of goods.
- Evaluate cost-effective options and methods of operation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Procurement Manager.
- Prior experience in purchasing and/or logistics with end-to-end payment & purchase order processing experience.
- An understanding of contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/Dynamics 365.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Superior customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
