Role Overview:

The Finance Officer will be a vital member of the Finance team, playing an instrumental role in supporting both operations and the wider Finance Team. As a key contributor, this individual will thrive as a positive influencer, with a desire to delve into the 'why' behind the numbers.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Payment Runs: Facilitate weekly payment runs with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Documentation Management: Organise and maintain documentation for Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, guaranteeing compliance and transparency.
  • Reconciliation and Analysis: Reconcile subledger and balance sheet accounts, providing insights through reports on process integrity and master data.
  • Month-End Close: Support month-end close processes and perform key control checks, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Internal and External Communication: Address internal and external queries with professionalism, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Initiatives and Process Improvement: Contribute to finance-related initiatives to enhance team and organisational objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
