Program Coordinator Opportunity

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Coordinator.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support for the coordination of programs and services.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of programs and services.
  • Develop and implement sustainable processes and documentation to support ongoing operations.
  • Proactively monitor and report on program progress, identifying potential delays and mitigating risks.
  • Contribute to operational transition and optimization plans, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing timely and accurate advice to staff and stakeholders.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues arising from course design, development, and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Understanding of faculty operations, including term planning, workload allocations, and operational deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
