Senior Security Engineer - Identity & Directories

As a senior security professional, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the digital backbone of our organization. You will work end-to-end across the design, deployment, and ongoing support of Active Directory integrations and security enhancements.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the secure design and implementation of AD integrations and identity management services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed secure identity practices, driving hardening, remediation, and response activities for AD and directory-related threats, contributing to security architecture, frameworks, and standards across identity systems, providing expert input into audits, compliance reviews, and advanced threat response, implementing and maintaining observability and recovery solutions for identity infrastructure.

To be successful in this role, you will have expertise in Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, hands-on scripting and troubleshooting skills, PowerShell proficiency, a solid understanding of authentication protocols and networking concepts, experience working with or supporting identity and access management tools and processes, familiarity with audit remediation, threat detection tools, or recovery platforms, experience with Microsoft Identity Manager - lifecycle, role-based access, workflows, exposure to Semperis ADFR/DSP, CrowdStrike Identity, or similar identity security platforms, and knowledge of identity observability and recovery strategies in enterprise settings.
