We are seeking an experienced IAM Program Security Lead to oversee the strategic direction and implementation of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives across workforce and customer identity domains, including platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, RSA, and other IAM technologies.

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
  • At least 16 years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven expertise in Okta (workforce and CIAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies.
  • A strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), authentication flows, and access governance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Directory Services, LDAP schema, and directory integrations.
  • Familiarity with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, RSA, Radiator, Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, CCPA).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Okta and/or SailPoint certifications (Architect, Professional).
  • Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Background in telecom or service provider environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
