Job Title: IAM Program Security Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, overseeing its strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide initiatives across workforce and customer identity domains.
  • Oversee the architecture and governance of IAM solutions including Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow, and supporting technologies.
  • Manage integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Workday, and cloud/SaaS platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven expertise in Okta (Workforce and CIAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the architecture and governance of IAM solutions.
  • Drive incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business, security, and IT stakeholders to align IAM capabilities with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
