Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a key member of our People+Culture team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive ER/HR expertise to employees and leaders across multiple brands
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies
- Manage employee grievances, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution processes
- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on people-related matters
- Collaborate with the wider People+Culture team on key initiatives
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an ER advisory role or similar
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build confident relationships
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proven experience with complex ER matters
- Sound commercial focus to resolving ER/HR matters
- Demonstrated experience in co-ordinating and conducting formal investigations
- Knowledge of national and state-based employment legislation
- Experience in coaching leaders through complex performance management
- Ability to identify, develop, and run development forums on key HR topics
