About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at the Bupa Visa Medical Assessment Centre in Adelaide.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct identity and security checks, escalating any identified risks
  • Process payments via EFTPOS
  • Confirm customer documentation is completed to requirements and process forms
  • Confirm which examinations the customer is required to complete and explain this to the customer
  • Enter required data and information into customer management systems and databases
  • Explain the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensure the customer understands the key elements of the process
About You

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and staff, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

You will also need to have sound IT and computer skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a highly structured environment driven by procedure and process.
