Primary Duties:

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain precise medical documentation.
  • Adhere to established healthcare standards, policies, and protocols.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Valid AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
  • At least one year of experience in acute care, aged care, or community health settings.
  • Demonstrated capability to assess patient needs, create care plans, and provide exceptional care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient clinical skills in medication management and patient assessment.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
