
Customer Experience Leader

This is a pivotal role that plays a key part in ensuring the success of our retail operation. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be working closely with the Store Manager to inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory and operations. You will also prioritise retail operations, time, tasks and processes for the best return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive store performance by delivering results against financial budgets and targets.
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead the team to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Prioritise retail operations to achieve optimal results.
