Job Description:

You will serve as a key ambassador for the organization, leading by example and driving exceptional customer experiences in every interaction. As a leader of your team, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and motivating them daily to achieve incredible sales results and exceed KPI targets. Your role will also involve rostering and wage control at a high level, recruiting and inducting exceptional team members who embody the company's values, visual merchandising, stock control, and management to ensure strong commerciality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive an exceptional and inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
  • Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
  • Coach, train, and motivate your team every day
  • Achieve and exceed incredible sales results and KPIs
  • Rostering and wage control at a high level
  • Recruit and induct exceptional team members who embody the company's values
  • Visual merchandising, stock control, and management to ensure strong commerciality
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager (ideally within fashion or flagship)
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills
  • Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing a team with influence
  • The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills
