Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team daily
  • Counsel colleagues to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by leading from the front
  • Maintain a safe work environment for employees, customers, and stock at all times
  • Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring inventory is maintained and accurate
  • Contribute to maintaining visually appealing displays of stock, adhering to our standards
  • Stay up-to-date on pet care, products, and services offered
  • Select, onboard, and induct top-caliber new team members
  • Foster a fun and supportive culture in-store where colleagues love coming to work every day
  • Support local marketing initiatives and sponsorships proactively

  • Leadership experience in a similar role or readiness to take on a more senior leadership position
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership with ability to motivate and build a high-performing team and positive culture
  • Resilience and capacity to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Established business acumen
