About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at HealthEngine. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business goals and objectives through the effective use of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Proactive Account Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of high-value customers to ensure they are achieving maximum return on investment from our products and services.
  • Identify Opportunities: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services that bring value to our customers and prepare tailored proposals to meet their needs.
  • Performance Insights: Regularly compile and share performance insights with customers to highlight their success metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Retention: Identify potential obstacles to customer retention and proactively resolve them to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Product Feedback: Collect valuable product feedback from customers and relay this to internal teams for ongoing improvement.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Lead the negotiation and closure of renewal agreements with existing customers.
  • Liaison Services: Act as a liaison for customers with finance and billing matters to ensure seamless processes.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a strong background in account management, with experience in using multiple CRM and client management and reporting systems. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
