Job Title: Office Coordinator

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to support our programs, events and operational systems.

As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects that celebrate Australian values, foster inclusion and engage communities across South Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and coordinating internal team meetings, including agendas, documentation and action tracking
  • Maintaining accurate project and contractor records
  • Overseeing membership, awards and ambassador program administration
  • Supporting the delivery and execution of projects, events and award programs
  • Assisting with program and event risk assessments
  • Operating and updating websites and award program sites
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience as an administrator
  • Confident skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in project, event or program coordination
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities and demands whilst maintaining composure
  • Ability to work independently and in a small collaborative team
