Delivering Impact as a Program Coordinator
">About the Role:As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team of Employment Specialists to deliver the IPS program. This program aims to help young people experiencing mental health challenges transition into meaningful employment or education.
You will provide operational supervision, ensuring high-quality, client-centred, and recovery-oriented care. Your role includes maintaining program fidelity, coordinating fidelity reviews with IPS Works, and managing Annual Work Plans in collaboration with the Department of Social Services.

Key Responsibilities:- Providing supervision or mentoring to team members with a strengths-based approach.
- Working within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the employment services sector, Centrelink, and other State and Federal employment initiatives that impact vulnerable members of our community.
- Extensive knowledge of issues that impact young people when accessing employment and/or educational opportunities.
- Linkages with employers or networks related to employment of young people.
- Ability to set, monitor, and achieve team goals as well as individual and organisational goals by effectively managing time, prioritising tasks, keeping an updated diary, and ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Driver's Licence.
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
- Current or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
- Knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases.
- An appropriate qualification in a relevant field.
