Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Care Specialist to join our team in delivering resident-centric care.

The role involves working closely with clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to provide timely and compassionate support to residents.

Key responsibilities include helping residents make choices and have control over their support needs, while working with limited direct supervision.

  • Demonstrated 1 year experience in aged care
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent safety awareness to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Ability to think critically and communicate effectively
  • A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of seniors

This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and squatting. You must be willing to complete an online medical assessment prior to formal offer to ensure personal and workplace safety standards.
