Facilities Maintenance Associate
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and overall maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise service providers and ensure seamless facility operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, equipment tests, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Support temperature mapping activities and ensure accurate equipment calibration.
- Coordinate minor repairs, building improvements, and warehouse maintenance effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive logs, spare parts inventory, and tools for quality control.
- Document processes and results for Quality review and improvement.
- Participate in occasional weekend tasks as required.
- Ability to lift up to 20kg safely and efficiently.
- Strong English reading and comprehension skills to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and use sound judgment in decision-making.
- Experience with electrical installations and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in facility or warehouse maintenance is preferred.
- HVAC operation and maintenance experience would be advantageous.
- High Reach Forklift license is a plus but not essential.
