Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Rack Power Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Rack Power Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and seamless operation of our global fleet of power equipment. This involves proactively monitoring telemetry and fault data to detect and identify issues early, before they escalate into major incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth technical investigations to pinpoint the root cause of issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to rapidly develop and deploy fixes
  • Failure analysis and root cause investigations to drive long-term improvements
  • Maintain mission-critical operations and keep internal customers pleased with the reliability and responsiveness of our Rack Power solutions

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced technical professional with a strong background in power infrastructure and support. Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of overall technical support experience
  • Demonstrated WMW Architecture knowledge and hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of production monitoring systems and support procedures and methodologies
