This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service during meal times.

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet residents as they arrive at the dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist residents with seating and provide menus, ensuring a seamless dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using your excellent communication skills
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, always paying attention to detail
  • Ensure residents' dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next service, maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Provide friendly and attentive service throughout the meal, going above and beyond to meet residents' needs
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operation of the dining area, working as a cohesive team
  • Handle residents' concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with residents and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, providing empathetic support to residents
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all
  • Must be over 18 years old, meeting the legal requirements for employment
