Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador
">This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service during meal times.
Responsibilities:- Warmly greet residents as they arrive at the dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist residents with seating and provide menus, ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using your excellent communication skills
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, always paying attention to detail
- Ensure residents' dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Clear tables and reset them for the next service, maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Provide friendly and attentive service throughout the meal, going above and beyond to meet residents' needs
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operation of the dining area, working as a cohesive team
- Handle residents' concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with residents and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, providing empathetic support to residents
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all
- Must be over 18 years old, meeting the legal requirements for employment
