Job Description

The Frontline Retail Melbourne team is seeking an accomplished and experienced Store Manager to lead their CBD store. This is a pivotal role that requires dedication, passion, and a commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  2. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Sales Management

  • Drive sales and achieve store targets by implementing effective sales strategies, promoting special offers, and actively engaging with customers.

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.

Inventory Oversight

  • Manage stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability.

Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards, updating displays and presentations as needed.

Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin. Both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and manage store performance effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with retail management systems, point-of-sale (POS) technology, and inventory management software.
  • A keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation, with an appreciation for the jewellery industry.
