Store Manager Doncaster

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Doncaster. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of up to 40 team members, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, and driving impressive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising and inventory management strategies to drive sales and reduce waste.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and customers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience at either an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager level.
  • Minimum of 2 years working with apparel or homewares retail.
  • Proven ability to manage a large team and drive results.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and excitement to work with both male and female apparel.
  • Strong inventory management and visual merchandising skills.
  • A brand ambassador - somebody who will embody our brand and love to work with our products.
What We Offer:
  • Up to $68,000 + super (depending on experience).
