Workforce Planning Expert

We're seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Expert to play a vital role in connecting people to experiences that enrich their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key relationships within and across teams to drive collaboration and success.
  • Collaborate with engagement managers to allocate resources, challenge hours, and manage timing and flexibility.

As our Workforce Planning Expert, you'll work closely with the business to ensure staffing needs are met, develop stakeholder engagement skills, and advance your career.

Our ideal candidate has experience with resource management and/or supply and demand management within professional services, strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.
