Senior Capability Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Capability and Development Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic capability development initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to identify skill gaps, and designing comprehensive capability programs.
As a Capability and Development Lead, you will oversee career pathway development and ensure employees have the resources to advance their careers. Your key accountabilities will include leading the design and delivery of capability frameworks, managing the learning and development process, and evaluating training effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in learning and development, strong project management skills, and a background in instructional design and competency frameworks. You should be knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in learning and development and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
