  • Foster strong relationships with store managers and deli teams to influence positive results and encourage collaboration.
  • Utilise CRM and reporting tools to document store visits, track training outcomes, and highlight sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A strong retail or deli operations background, preferably within the seafood or fresh categories.
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills to engage and motivate store teams.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM experience is highly valued.
