About the Team: TikTok's SMB team focuses on empowering businesses and brands of all sizes to reach their full potential on our platform. We combine operational expertise, sales acumen, and a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated partner management to advertisers, offering consultation and coaching to help them succeed on TikTok.
  • Work with small and medium-sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns, identifying programmatic ways to scale up.
  • Develop strategies to enhance advertiser performance, including consulting on scaling up, providing creative tips, recommending budgeting and targeting, and managing advertisers at scale.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising, with direct client management experience. Additionally, you should have experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. Prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SME sector is highly desirable.

TikTok offers a competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
