Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our multi-site management teams across New South Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales culture throughout their teams, managing sales, wages, and shrinkage targets for their Area.

  • Effectively manage multiple sites and teams
  • Maintain high customer service standards across all sites
  • Analyse and manage stock levels in all sites to maximise sales
  • Prepare and analyse rosters that are costed to achieve targets
  • Manage all aspects of retail operations within their Area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing multiple sites with a fashion apparel retailer is essential
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • A passion for Visual Merchandising
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
