Join the Yo-Chi Leadership Team We are hiring for passionate, driven Venue Leaders to oversee two of our CBD venues (Circular Quay & Double Bay) or the Eastern Suburbs (Bondi & Bondi Junction).

As a Multi-Site Venue Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of your venues, ensuring smooth operations, happy customers, and energised, motivated teams. You'll lead by example, coach your Venue Leaders, and create a high-performing, positive environment across multiple locations.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead by example and deliver unforgettable customer experiences across your venues
- Keep the energy high and ensure each venue runs like clockwork
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Oversee inventory, stock, and operational metrics across multiple sites
- Train, develop, and support a motivated, high performing team
- Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and overall venue performance
- Take ownership of multi-venue P&L

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Experienced leaders with a strong track record in achieving KPIs and driving team performance (bonus points for QSR experience)
- Skilled in roster management using systems beyond Excel
- Team oriented leaders who love building motivated teams and creating welcoming vibes.
- Organised, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
