We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as our new **Multi-Site Store Manager**, based at **Sydney Airport**.

This role will oversee our 2 **Merchant** stores, our **Carry-On** store and our **LEGO/Kaboom** store. Our Merchant stores stock a variety of gifts, souvenirs and apparel, while our Carry-On site offers a range of travel luggage and bags. Finally, our amazing LEGO/Kaboom is a combination site offering a range of fantastic children's toys, as well as a huge range of LEGO sets.

This is the perfect opportunity for a new leader looking to make their mark and make these stores their own
- Previous Store Management experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment
- A strong work ethic and clear communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Good physical fitness to manage heavy lifting tasks associated with stock replenishment
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience managing inventory control and waste management
- Experience rostering staff and managing store costs and budgets

As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate 7 days a week. With this in mind, we are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as shifts include Monday - Sunday and in some cases may fall outside normal business hours.
