We are hiring for passionate, driven Venue Leaders to oversee two of our CBD venues (Circular Quay & Double Bay) or the Eastern Suburbs (Bondi & Bondi Junction).
As a Multi-Site Venue Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of your venues, ensuring smooth operations, happy customers, and energised, motivated teams.
You'll lead by example, coach your Venue Leaders, and create a high-performing, positive environment across multiple locations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead by example and deliver unforgettable customer experiences across your venues
Keep the energy high and ensure each venue runs like clockwork
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
Oversee inventory, stock, and operational metrics across multiple sites
Train, develop, and support a motivated, high performing team
Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and overall venue performance
Take ownership of multi-venue P&L
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced leaders with a strong track record in achieving KPIs and driving team performance (bonus points for QSR experience)
Skilled in roster management using systems beyond Excel
Team oriented leaders who love building motivated teams and creating welcoming vibes.
Organised, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
