Education Leader

About the Role: As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will collaborate with educators in your centre to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs
- Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
- Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current SA Working with Children Check
