Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters and administrators, providing guidance and support.
  • Utilize your recruitment expertise to drive successful hiring processes and develop talent pipelines.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive talent databases, guaranteeing regular contact with candidates and optimizing recruitment efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, high performance, and professional growth.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
