At Stockland, we're seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to join our Land Lease Communities team in Brisbane. This exciting opportunity is a result of the expanding nature and strong development in this sector of our business.
In this role, you'll deliver project management expertise and coordinate daily site activities, administration, quality inspections, and defecting on-site. You'll drive engagement with key stakeholders to achieve the project management group vision and outcomes.
About the Role
- Lead projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes;
- Partner with Development Managers and other key stakeholders to provide project management expertise;
- Establish relationships with external head contractors, consultants, and suppliers;
- Maintain open communication with the Development Team, ensuring seamless defecting and transition to occupation for our customers;
About You
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience;
- Proven experience in project management or contract management within the residential construction industry;
- Construction experience or knowledge in domestic construction;
- Familiarity with legal requirements and obligations in contract administration;
- A keen eye for detail and ability to drive better outcomes;
- Excellent communication and customer-centric skills;
The Estimated Salary Range for This Role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
