Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design a service review framework and methodology including prioritisation, financial and benefit realisation models.
  • Lead the delivery and planning of the service review program including driving program awareness and celebrating successes.
  • Manage end-to-end service reviews.
  • Lead a small team effectively coaching and building the capability of the team to promote high performance.
  • Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and design self-help materials, toolkits and training to build capability in business improvement across the organisation.
  • Problem solve and make sound conceptual, analytical and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma with relevant experience plus postgraduate qualifications or qualifications/experience in another field.
  • Significant prior experience developing and implementing service review programs.
  • Thorough understanding of operating models and working in a regulatory and political environment.
  • Experience in management or internal consulting roles (or similar) desirable.
  • Project Management, Agile and Human-Centred Design experience or similar.
