Job Description

We are seeking a proactive professional to support outreach to customers for various data purposes, including source of wealth, and assist in managing business risk by analysing information and communicating risks and benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests, fostering exceptional teamwork, and promoting openness to new ideas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support management with customer outreach and service requests to align with business priorities for risk and compliance-related outreach.
  • Understand and explain AML, KYC, SOW, and customer data outreach requests to customers.
  • Ensure all customer profile information is maintained and accurate when completing customer outreach and engagement.
  • Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in financial crime and AML is essential.
  • Strong previous customer relationship management experience is required.
  • Experience in operational processes for highly regulated industries.

You are a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, able to interpret business requirements and create engaging content across multiple media channels.

A strong understanding of customer due diligence, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance will help you navigate complex regulatory landscapes and ensure the highest standards of integrity in our customer engagement practices.
