About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Quality (HSEQ) professional to join our team in the Utilities sector. As a HSEQ Business Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the prevention of injuries and illnesses by partnering with local business management and workers to maintain a healthy and safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to our Industrials Airport project team to ensure compliance with safety, environment, quality, and client obligations.
  • Offer specialist HSEQ advice and support to the business.
  • Cultivate a positive work culture and promote safety leadership principles.
  • Support management and workers in implementing HSEQ policies, systems, programs, and initiatives, and meeting local legislative requirements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in an HSEQ role with a strong quality background.
  • Working knowledge of Legislation, Standards, and Codes, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS 4801 standards.
  • Prior experience managing Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements for major engineering or construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Relevant qualification in WHS/OH&S, Quality, and/or Environment or Engineering/Science.
