Supporting Projects and Reporting for Healthscope

Healthscope is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support projects and reporting to enable improvements across the organisation.

The role can be based at any of our sites around Australia, and you will report to the National HSW Projects & Systems Manager in the HSW function.

Key responsibilities include leading projects related to employee wellbeing, risk reduction programs or management system development, and leading the HSW reporting program to ensure high-quality data and analysis support improvement across the organisation.

","Requirements": "

As a Health and Safety Reporting Specialist, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in delivering health and safety or related performance reporting in complex organisations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Superb organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a health and safety or related role

You will be passionate about keeping people safe and understand the connection between good reporting and project management and improved safety performance.
