We are searching for a talented Health and Safety Specialist to drive excellence at our Geocycle operation in Dandenong. **What You’ll Do**

As our Health and Safety Specialist, you’ll:

- Partner with line leaders to implement and comply with the Cement Australia Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management System (SHEQMS).
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and keep leadership informed of key developments affecting operations in VIC and SA.
- Develop site-specific processes and documentation, ensuring smooth and safe operations across our facilities.
- Support the internal Group SHEQ audit program through local audits and inspections, driving continuous improvement.
- Proactively engage with workers, HSRs, SHE Committee members, and line leaders to build a culture of safety and accountability.

**What You’ll Bring**

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

- Extensive experience in health and safety roles within transportation, waste/dangerous goods, manufacturing, or mining sectors.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (chemistry, engineering, environment, safety, or occupational health). Diploma qualifications will also be considered.
- Cert IV in training and assessment (desirable).
- Lead Auditor or ICAM investigation experience (desirable).
- Return to Work Coordinator experience (desirable).
