We provide support staff to NDIS-registered providers, offering our participants a place they can call home while encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit their individual needs.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who possess the following attributes:

  • Multiple positions will be available.
  • Experience with Dementia.
  • Ability to manage participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • A person-centred approach to care.
  • Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.
  • Experience with Manual Handling.
  • Ability to follow through Individual Support Plans and knowledge of the BSP.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent.
  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
  • Current Driver's License.
