Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Community Venues Officer to join our Recreation Services team on a permanent and full-time basis or as part of a job-share arrangement.

Salary and Benefits
  • $82,049 - $87,516 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
  • Generous superannuation

  • Additional 2 days of leave per year
  • 9 Day fortnight if working full-time

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer bookings for the City's community facilities
  2. Provide excellent service to customers
  3. Be highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  4. Build relationships with members of the community
Requirements
  • Eye for detail
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Approachable and able to build relationships
