**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

About the Role:

The Production Operator will be responsible for performing molten material tasks, upholding and adhering to all safety procedures on site, identifying and assessing risks when necessary, working with physical assets and equipment, monitoring molten material quality, safely operating overhead gantry cranes, performing minor process maintenance, maintaining housekeeping standards, and completing equipment pre-start inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform molten material tasks
  • Uphold and adhere to all safety procedures on site
  • Identify and assess risks when necessary
  • Work with physical assets and equipment
  • Monitor molten material quality
  • Safely operate overhead gantry cranes
  • Perform minor process maintenance
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Complete equipment pre-start inspections

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a good understanding of health and safety protocols and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
