Project Coordinator Role

We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our Lifecycle Management team at an Australian site.

This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for printed packaging materials.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the introduction of new products and their end-of-life processes
  • Oversee printed packaging materials throughout their lifecycle
  • Act as a subject matter expert during audits and investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
  • Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues
  • Counsel and mentor project team members
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in business or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Familiarity with GMP, change control systems, and regulatory labelling requirements
